I am Sam. This will be my 8th year teaching, but first at Belvedere! I previously taught 1st grade for 6 years. Last year, I began my journey as a Special Education Teacher working with students from Kindergarten to 2nd grade. 

I am originally from Syracuse, New York and grew up watching Jim Boeheim coach basketball. I attended Daemen College (now Daemen University) in Buffalo, NY. I received my Bachelor’s on Early Childhood and Special Education and my Master’s in Elementary Special Education.  

I spend weeknights and weekend coaching soccer. I love exploring new restaurants, especially if they are known to make amazing tacos. I love country music concerts, shopping at Target, and laying out on the beach!
