I am originally from the one of the highest cities in the Andes, Quito-Ecuador. I moved to Virginia 10 years ago with my husband, and two kids. I have been a teacher in national and international settings. 

I've taught all grades K-12 serving as a TWI teacher, ESL, Special Education and now as an ESOL teacher. This is my third grade working at Belvedere ES. 
I love reading, biking, cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. 

I love to be part of Belvedere’s IB PYP because it engages significant learning through critical thinking and self reflection. It also promotes the development of social and emotional traits to create lifelong learning experiences.
