I’m excited to start my 17th year teaching and my 3rd year as a Belvedere Bulldog! I hold a B.A. in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A.T. in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University. I have experience teaching all grades, K-12, EXCEPT 6th!

As a reflective educator, I value working at a PYP school because there are always opportunities to grow my teaching practice. I love working for a better future by nurturing inquiry and global-mindedness in our students, alongside the incredible team of teachers here at Belvedere. 

In my free time, I stay balanced by reading, exercising, gardening, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
