This will be my 5th year teaching and my 2nd year at Belvedere! I am thrilled to be teaching 2nd grade this year. This year I am looking forward to building relationships with each one of my students and creating an inclusive classroom community. 

I grew up in Virginia and went to Radford University. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Mason! He is a 9-year-old black lab. I also enjoy playing pickleball, exploring the outdoors, exercising, and cheering on my favorite sports teams! 

I love working at an IB school because it empowers our students to become active participants in their community. PYP offers a student-centered approach, which allows for student agency in their learning.
