Belvedere is an International Baccalaureate World School, and our students participate in the Primary Years Program. Through the program, students become internationally-minded thinkers, inquirers, and problem solvers. The curriculum is inquiry-based and encourages students to take an active part in their learning. It empowers students to use their learning to take action to help create a better, more peaceful world. 

As an elementary school within Fairfax County Public Schools, we follow the FCPS Program of Studies. Students at Belvedere learn Spanish through the FCPS FLES program, and we continue to have strong Environmental Education and Advanced Academics programs.
