International Baccalaureate is a rigorous, internationally recognized educational program. Through the program, students become internationally-minded thinkers, inquirers, and problem solvers. The curriculum is inquiry-based and encourages students to take an active part in their learning. It empowers students to use their learning to take action in helping to create a better, more peaceful world.

Primary Years Program (PYP)

Belvedere Elementary is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, and students participate in the Primary Years Program (PYP).  The PYP helps students to take an active part in their education, learn about the world around them, and use what they are learning to make a difference in the world. Through the PYP, students become globally--minded thinkers, inquirers, and problem solvers.
