Belvedere Elementary School received the Virginia Naturally School Recognition Award for the 8th year for our continued environmental initiatives in 2022-2023. This program recognizes the efforts of Virginia schools that increase the environmental awareness and stewardship of its students. This year's badge highlights the blackbanded sunfish, a small fish listed as state endangered under Virginia’s Endangered Species Act.
