My music teaching career began in my hometown, Rochester, NY in 2016. I’ve since lived and taught general music and choirs in Asheville, NC, Richmond, VA, and am so excited to be starting my fourth year in FCPS!
My favorite thing about working at an IB school is empowering students to take ownership over their learning and engage with topics that interest them. I feel so fortunate to work at an IB school because I am constantly learning new things about the world around us from both teachers and students! This year, I am looking forward to creating opportunities of self-expression through music with my students. 
Outside of school, I love playing with my two dogs, crafting, watching college basketball, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills!
