Belvedere students now have access to an online, interactive math program called Dreambox! Dreambox is a highly engaging and individualized game-based tool that encourages critical thinking while building math skills. Students can use this program at school and at home in conjunction with their regular math instruction. Directions for how to access Dreambox are included below. If you are interested in using Dreambox on an iPad, you can find directions under the Dreambox tab of your child’s current Blackboard course.
To access Dreambox at home, please visit the Student Resources page on our website. Scroll down to find the Dreambox icon which takes you the login screen. Students will log in to Dreambox using their FCPS network IDs (which are their student ID numbers) and the passwords they chose at the beginning of the year. Please contact your child’s teacher if he or she has trouble remembering this information.
If you have any questions about Dreambox, including how to use Dreambox on an iPad, please reach out to our math specialist, Kassia Omohundro Wedekind, or our school-based technology specialist, Rebecca Foley.
